Module 1.

Introduction

What to expect from the course, how it's structured, and how each module connects to real-world agent responsibilities. You'll leave this module knowing exactly what you're working toward - and why.

Module 2.

Property Foundations

The technical knowledge every agent needs: property types, tenure, land registry basics, planning terminology, measurement standards, and local market dynamics.

Module 3.

The Agent's Legal Compass

Contracts, disclosure obligations, AML basics, data protection, and consumer protection rules - what you need to know to protect yourself and your clients, operating legally, ethically, and without risk.

Module 4.

Residential Sales Process

A step-by-step walkthrough of the full sales lifecycle- from first instruction to completion. Know what to expect at every stage, what your role is, and how to keep a deal moving when it stalls.

Module 5.

CRM & Client Comms

How to manage your leads, maintain client records, and communicate across phone, email, and social with consistency. The practical systems that turn a pipeline into a business.

Module 6.

Conducting a Valuation

How to produce evidence-based valuations using comparables, market trends, and property features - and how to present your methodology to clients in a way that wins the instruction.

The Foundation Course is open to everyone. Start Membership is by invitation — selected graduates are personally reviewed and invited to apply. Not everyone who completes the course will be invited, and that's by design.

Have a question?

No, we don’t offer a salary. As an Ally, you work independently and earn through commissions, keeping the most of what you make, depending on the membership option.

As an Ally, you pay a simple monthly membership fee and keep the majority of your commission of the revenue from each deal. You earn when your deal goes through. We’ll walk you through the full structure and earning potential in more detail in our first meeting, after you fill out the form.

We ask for a membership commitment of 12 months — enough time to get to £100,000 in profit.

Not at all. While we’re based in London, we welcome agents across the UK who know their local market and want to grow independently.

Yes, for now. We currently only work with agents operating within the UK residential property market.

No. You’re free to work wherever suits you best. But if you’re in London, you’re always welcome to pop in or join us for in-person sessions.

AZ Alliance focuses primarily on sales and acquisitions. However, we're big on looking for additional opportunities to make money and providing an end-to-end service to our clients. If you’re set up to offer lettings and compliant with the relevant regulations, we’ll support you in growing that side of your business by getting more leads and charging premium fees. Please get in touch to discuss this further.
