1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of services provided by Alisa Zotimova trading as “AZ Alliance” (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 AZ Alliance is operated by Alisa Zotimova, an individual based in England, United Kingdom.

1.3 By booking a course, purchasing training, or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Our courses are non-regulated training programmes. We do not offer Ofqual-regulated qualifications.

 2.⁠ ⁠DEFINITIONS
“Course” means any in-person, virtual, or online training programme delivered by AZ Alliance.
“Digital Content” means any online materials, videos, downloads, workbooks, slides, or e-learning modules.
“Learner” means the individual or organisation purchasing or attending a Course.
“Services” means all training services provided by us.

 3.⁠ ⁠ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Learners must be at least 18 years of age.
3.2 By booking a Course, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

 4.⁠ ⁠BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
4.1 A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
4.2 We do not offer payment plans.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
4.4 If payment is not received before the course start date, we reserve the right to refuse attendance.

 5.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
5.1 Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel within 14 days unless:
The course has started with your consent
Digital content has been accessed
Refunds processed within 14 days.
5.2 Digital Content
No refunds after access unless faulty or misdescribed.
5.3 Cancellation by Us
We may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a refund or transfer.
We are not liable for consequential costs.

 6.⁠ ⁠COURSE DELIVERY
We may update content, materials, or delivery without reducing quality.

 7.⁠ ⁠CERTIFICATION
Certificates issued only upon completion and full payment.
They are not regulated qualifications.

 8.⁠ ⁠LEARNER CONDUCT
We may remove learners for misconduct without refund.

 9.⁠ ⁠DIGITAL CONTENT, ACCESS AND SECURITY
9.1 All Digital Content is licensed, not sold, and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Alisa Zotimova trading as AZ Alliance. All materials are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property regulations.
9.2 Access to Digital Content is granted on a strictly personal, single-user basis. Login credentials (including usernames and passwords) are confidential and must not be shared, transferred, or made available to any third party under any circumstances.
9.3 Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. Multiple users require separate purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect unauthorised use or account sharing.
9.4 You are strictly prohibited from:
Sharing or distributing login credentials
Allowing third parties to access your account
Recording (including screen recording), copying, reproducing, or downloading course content
Uploading content to any external platform, cloud storage, or file-sharing service
Redistributing, reselling, or exploiting content for commercial or non-commercial purposes
9.5 Any unauthorised use, distribution, or reproduction of Digital Content will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement.
9.6 Charges and Recovery of Losses
In the event of a breach of this section, you agree that:
A charge of the full cost of the course per unauthorised user or instance of access may be applied as a reasonable pre-estimate of loss and damage; and
We reserve the right to recover any additional losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, investigative costs, legal fees, and enforcement costs where the actual loss exceeds this amount.
9.7 We reserve the right to take legal action, including seeking damages and injunctive relief, in respect of any breach.
9.8 Access to Digital Content may be monitored for security, compliance, and prevention of misuse.
9.9 Any breach of this section will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

10.⁠ ⁠INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials remain our property and may not be reused without permission.

11.⁠ ⁠LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liability limited to course fees paid.
We are not liable for indirect or business losses.

12.⁠ ⁠FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays outside our control.

13.⁠ ⁠DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANT)
13.1 We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13.2 We may collect and process the following personal data:
Name and contact details
Billing and payment information
Course participation data
Communication records
13.3 We process personal data under the following lawful bases:
Contract performance (to deliver services)
Legal obligations
Legitimate interests (business operations, service improvement)
Consent (where required, e.g. marketing)
13.4 Your data will only be used for:
Delivering courses and services
Processing payments
Customer support
Legal and regulatory compliance
Marketing communications (if consented)
13.5 We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

14.⁠ ⁠COMPLAINTS
Submit within 14 days by e-mail.
We respond within 10 working days.

15.⁠ ⁠GOVERNING LAW
Governed by laws of England and Wales.

16.⁠ ⁠GENERAL
These Terms represent the full agreement.
