‘AZ Alliance’ is targeted at independent agents who enjoy the freedom of working outside a corporate structure, but would appreciate some extra support.
The UK-wide initiative has signed an experienced agent from JLL as the first member of the new platform, with their identity to be revealed later.
It is founded by industry veteran Alisa Zotimova of AZ Real Estate (main picture), who says AZ Alliance offers agents “the freedom to operate independently while benefiting from the backing of a trusted brand, operational infrastructure, and a collaborative network.
“This hybrid model bridges the gap between autonomy and support, enabling agents to build their own businesses with the right allies by their side,” says Zotimova, who is Founder and CEO of AZ Real Estate.
There are two offerings available: ‘Build’ (aimed at agents with 1+ year experience) and ‘Elevate’ (for agents of 3+ years).
“AZ Alliance is about giving agents the freedom to be entrepreneurs without being alone,” she says.
